I have been been in love with the art of taking photos since I was a young child and my mother handed me my first film camera. I remember taking that camera everywhere I went, taking photos even when I ran out of film.

I love photographing people, I love how a simple photograph can tell such a beautiful story. I love everything about photographing families, there is such beauty in a family, and as a new mom myself I know how important it is to capture these moments before they slip away. 

Professional photography is an investment in your memories, as a photographer it has always been my privilege to capture those little moments that otherwise would be fade into a distant memory. I also know how expensive professional photography can be and I strive to offer my clients professional photography (using high-quality cameras, a variety of professional grade cameras, and high quality editing software) at a reasonable price.

Working in the field of Plaintiff Personal Injury Law for the past five years I have developed a keen eye for detail, which is translates into my photographs. My photography style is clean, sharp with a little matte and moodiness to add a classic film look. My preference is always to photograph in natural light, there is something so beautiful in the way that my clients interact with their background. I do love photographing in-studio as I have full control over lighting, temperature and weather is never an issue, these sessions are best photographed in the fall / winter months. I will be offering studio sessions (primarily for newborns, toddlers and children) in the near future (stay tuned!).

When I am not behind the lens, I am "mommying" my beautiful almost year old  girl Emily, walking the Port Coquitlam Trail with an umbrella and Starbucks in hand, or watching episodes of The Office on Netfilx with a warm cup of Earl Grey Tea.

I photograph within the Lowermainland, but I can travel outside of the Lowermainland.
